Relab user account (My.Relab Account) was introduced when Relab's new website was released in late 2016.

If you own a Relab product (purchased prior to late 2016) and doesn't have an account on the Relab website, you can easily create one at https://relabdevelopment.com/my-account/

If you want your already purchased product added to your account please [submit a support ticket] with your account ID and iLok ID and we will add your product to your account.
