Perpetual/permanent license:

You can activate your license on up two locations at a time - either on a computer, or an actual iLok dongle. Please note that all Relab licenses are intended for personal use, and allow for two simultaneous activations for a single user. You need to be the sole user of the computers and/or iLok dongles. If you're going to be using Relab products on multiple systems simultaneously, you'll need to have a separate license for each seat.
